Chicken and Salad Omelette Roll

Have time to make yummy food. Well this is our most yummiest.

Prep time: 6 mins

Cook time: 10 mins

Serves: 4

The materials/instructions:

  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 8 eggs, whisked
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken meat
  • 250g pkt rainbow coleslaw
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, shredded
  • 2 tbs kecap manis

Method

1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Ladle quarter of the egg into pan and swirl to cover base. Cook for 2 minutes or until just set. Transfer to a plate. Repeat to make 3 more omelettes.

2. Top omelettes with chicken, coleslaw and cucumber. Drizzle with half the kecap manis. Roll up to enclose filling. Cut into pieces and serve with remaining kecap manis.

tip:

Use two pans to cook the omelettes in half the time.
